Shipping costs are £2.99, no matter how little or how much you spend.
Any returns must be packed well and have the senders address clearly marked. All returned items that are deemed to be faulty will be replaced immediately upon receipt. Returns that are found not to be faulty, will be returned to the buyer. Any returned item that is deemed not sold by the-ink-zone, will not be replaced or refunded against.
